What do you sell in store?
Our counter is fully stocked every day with cupcakes, cookies, blondies, brownies, rocky road, gluten-free bakes, vegan options, and more. We also serve locally roasted coffee, teas, hot chocolate, coolers, and soft drinks. Alongside our bakes, we also sell candles, cake toppers, coffee, and a fun selection of greeting cards (including Anna’s cheeky “slightly rude but funny” designs).
Do you deliver?
We currently do not offer local delivery for cakes.
We offer uk wide postal for our traybakes – please take a look at our postal page.
For weddings and larger orders, delivery may be available on request for an additional charge.
How do I place an order?
For bespoke cakes, please fill out our enquiry form here: Bespoke Form
For shop items and seasonal releases, you can order directly in store or via our website.
How much deposit do you require?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. The balance is due the day before collection.
If you have not paid your deposit within 48 hours of receiving payment details, we cannot guarantee your date will remain available.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Deposits are non-refundable.
If ingredients or decorations have already been ordered and cannot be reused, you may be charged for these.
Orders cancelled less than 3 days before collection/delivery will be charged.
Can I change my design after ordering?
Design changes must be requested at least 5 days prior to collection/delivery. We’ll always try to accommodate changes after this, but extra charges may apply.
Can you copy a cake I've seen online?
We do not make exact copies of other bakers’ work. We’re happy to take inspiration from your ideas or images, but all cakes will be decorated in our own style. Similarly, we cannot guarantee an exact replica of our own previous cakes — small variations in colours, finish, or decoration are part of the handmade process.
Can I leave my cake design up to you?
Yes — that’s Anna’s favourite kind of brief! Share a theme or colour palette, and let us create something unique for you.
How much notice do you need?
Celebration cakes usually book up 2–3 weeks ahead, but we will always try to fit you in where we can. We do recommend giving us as much notice as you can.
Smaller items (cupcakes, traybakes, etc.) can often be booked at shorter notice, depending on availability.
How should I store my bakes?
We’ll give you specific care instructions when you collect, but in general:
- Cakes: Best eaten within 3-5 days - Cakes must be stored in a fridge, but bought back to room temperature before consuming. Always wrap/seal any cut cake to prevent it from drying out.
- Cookies: Best eaten within 3 days - Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not recommended
- Cupcakes: Best eaten within 2 days - Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not recommended
- Brownies, blondies & rocky road: Best eaten within 5 days. We recommend keeping our brownies and blondies in the fridge to retain their fudginess.
Do you do fondant cakes?
No — all of our cakes are finished/decorated with buttercream. We may use small fondant models/figures, but we do not offer shaped/model cakes made with fondant. If this is something you are looking for we can recommed some amazing local bakers who do offer this.
Can you do wedding cakes?
We do yes. We specialise in heart shaped or up to three tiered wedding cakes. We also offer our tray bakes, biscuits and cupcakes for weddings too. Please check out or wedding page.
Do you attend markets or events?
Yes! You’ll find us regularly at Wimbledon Market and Abbey Mills Market, plus at food festivals such as Feast Fest, Surbiton Food Festival, and Farnham Food Festival.
